Please select below how you would like to pay for your care and receive more information about how your treatment is reimbursed:

We take care of everything for you!

You don't need to do anything else. We'll take care of the direct billing process with your health insurer. The only thing you'll have to pay is your deductible.

For further details and information about reimbursement, please refer to the terms and conditions of your health insurance.

Step 1: Receiving Treatment

After your treatment, you will receive an invoice from Infomedics. Do not pay the invoice yet. You must first submit it to your health insurance company for reimbursement.

Step 2: Declaration to your health insurance company

Your health insurance company will send you a breakdown of the submitted claim. This breakdown is divided into:

What is reimbursed
What is not reimbursed
The outstanding deductible

The health insurance will pay the reimbursement into your account.

Step 3: Payment to Infomedics

Pay the reimbursement you received from your health insurance, along with any outstanding deductible, to Infomedics.

Please include the invoice number with your payment.
Do not pay via the payment link!

Step 4: Send specification

Send your health insurance specification to: matenals@mentaalthuis.nl

Step 5: Processing by Mental Home

As soon as Mentaal Thuis has received your payment and specification, the unreimbursed portion (goodwill) will be processed.

Step 1: Receiving Treatment

After your treatment, you will receive an invoice from Infomedics. This is the full amount for the care you received.

Step 2: Payment of the invoice

You pay the full amount of the invoice yourself to Infomedics.

You can pay using the payment methods stated on the invoice (e.g. iDEAL, bank transfer, etc.).
Always include the invoice number with your payment to ensure your payment is processed correctly.

Step 3: No intervention from health insurance

Because you choose to pay for the care yourself, the invoice is not submitted to your health insurance. This means you are fully responsible for the care.

Step 4: Completion of payment

Once Infomedics has received your payment, the treatment will be completed and all administrative matters will be finalized.
